Welcome!

2

I've started a countless amount of blogs through the years which most of them has more or less fast dryed out. I am a very inspiration dependant person and I have a wide scale of areas of interest. Today I might wanna talk about makeup but tomorrow about how I suddenly had an urge to completely re-paint my kitchen. Making a blog just devoted to decorating my house, make up or being an expat has its pros but the big con in it is that producing posts to so many different blogs and keeping them active is quite a challenge.

So I decided to throw in everything into one big controlled chaos. The Odd Bird-blog was born.

I guess introducing myself would be an excellent way to begin this blog. I am Anna, an avid adventurer living in Limburg, Netherlands. I am originally from Finland but love brought me to the Netherlands years ago. I am a hopeless make up maniac, crazy jack russell lady, do it yourself woman, home made interior designer, wannabe writer and nowadays also a nerd who works out looking for that lost condition. Sometimes I atempt to perform miracles in my gluten free kitchen (celiac disease).

The name of the blog, The Odd Bird, describes me just pefectly. I am a little bit the odd bird, always been somewhat a groovy and odd personality - in a positive sense of course and I wanted to let my groovyness shine through for once in my writing and blogging instead of following the texbook of what and how a blog should be.

So, I welcome you on board this crazy train and wish you a good ride.

I tried to make your lives a tiny bit easier by coming up with a cathegory for every subject. You'll find them below this picture of my adorable dog Nappe. ;)
